E-commerce & Product Manager, Bloom & Measure
James owns the online store experience. He cares about what people buy, where they drop off, whether mobile checkout is pulling its weight, and which products deserve more prominent placement. He used to build these reports manually in Looker Studio. Now he just asks.
These are sample questions and answers from the Bloom & Measure demo store, a made-up business. Its data is regenerated, so the live demo shows different numbers today.
"Where in the purchase funnel are we losing the most users?"
The biggest leak is at the top. Only 12% of sessions result in an add-to-cart. From there, roughly half of carts proceed to checkout (49.99%), and 46.2% of checkouts complete a purchase.
With 3,445 carts and 857 orders, approximately 2,588 carts were abandoned in Q1. At an AOV of $65, that's a significant pool of recoverable revenue through cart abandonment emails and checkout flow improvements.

Each Ask AI answer goes through code checks that redo the math and trace each figure to your data, and every answer that uses your data is reviewed by a second AI model. AI Insights also get the Confidence Check, a second, different AI model.
"What were the top 5 products by revenue in Q1 2026?"
1. Casket Cover Arrangement: $8,250 (33 units, $250 AOV)
2. Luxury Grand Arrangement: $5,000 (25 units, $200 AOV)
3. Table Centerpiece Deluxe: $3,520 (32 units, $110 AOV)
4. Valentine's Day Deluxe: $3,360 (28 units, $120 AOV)
5. Standing Spray Memorial: $3,300 (22 units, $150 AOV)
Sympathy and memorial products accounted for two of the top five, contributing roughly $11,550 combined. Plants also performed well, with Japanese Bonsai Tree and Fiddle Leaf Fig both landing in the top 10.

"Compare mobile vs desktop conversion rates for Q1 2026"
Desktop and mobile convert at nearly identical rates: 2.85% vs 2.83%. The gap is just 0.02 percentage points.
Where they differ: session duration. Desktop users spent an average of 3 minutes 30 seconds per visit compared to 1 minute 45 seconds on mobile. Bounce rate was 32% on desktop and 45% on mobile. Mobile visitors know what they want and move fast, but a significant portion leave before engaging.
February's Valentine's spike saw both devices peak above 4%, with desktop at 4.07% and mobile at 3.99%. The checkout experience holds up well under seasonal pressure.

Session to cart, cart to checkout, checkout to purchase. Each step measured and compared across devices and time periods. Find the drop-off point and fix it.
Revenue, units sold, and AOV by product and category. Arrangements led Bloom & Measure with $26,481, while the Casket Cover at $250 AOV was the single highest-revenue item.
Desktop accounted for 52% of revenue, mobile for 42%. Conversion rates were nearly identical, but bounce rate and session duration tell a different story about how each audience browses.
Greeting card attach rate: 42%. Vase: 28%. Chocolates: 22%. These numbers come straight from the event data and tell you exactly how well your checkout upsells are performing.
Valentine's week drove 195% more orders than an average week. That kind of pattern helps you plan inventory, staffing, and promotions well in advance.
Arrangements ($26,481), Bouquets ($20,145), Sympathy ($15,630), Seasonal ($13,283), Plants ($12,682), Upsells ($5,853). One question gives you the full picture.

Yes. Ask where you are losing users and you get each step measured: session to cart, cart to checkout, checkout to purchase. See the full example in funnel analysis.
Yes. Ask and you get conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, and session duration broken down by device, so you can tell whether mobile is really the problem or just behaving differently.
From your own Google Analytics 4 e-commerce data, synced nightly into a private warehouse. Revenue, units, AOV, and attach rates all come straight from your event data, never from a model's memory.
Every insight is re-checked by a second, different AI model through the Confidence Check. A Medium badge, for example, flags that the two models broadly agreed but some staged funnel rates carry modeling assumptions worth a closer look.
