By accessing or using Askalytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Askalytics is an AI-powered analytics platform that integrates with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity, and, in beta, with HubSpot and Mailchimp. The platform provides unified dashboard visualizations, AI-powered insights and natural language querying, AI Audit, AI Sentinel, and AI Lift, and can deliver answers and alerts into your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace. Askalytics only reads from your connected sources and stores daily-aggregated metrics and your property's configuration settings in a private, encrypted warehouse, never raw event-level data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how connected data is accessed, used, stored, and deleted.
To use Askalytics, you must provide accurate and complete registration information, maintain the security of your credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and be at least 16 years of age (18 in certain jurisdictions). You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer our software, share credentials, or violate any applicable laws. See our Acceptable Use Policy for complete details.
When you connect Google Analytics, Search Console, or Google Ads, you grant Askalytics read-only API access (OAuth, or a dedicated service account for older properties). When you connect another supported source, such as Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, or Mailchimp, you grant Askalytics access to read data from that source; Askalytics only reads from connected sources and never changes anything in them. You confirm you have the authority to authorize this access and remain responsible for compliance with those platforms' terms.
Askalytics's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we access, use, store, share, and delete Google user data.
Our AI features (Ask AI, AI Insights, AI Scout, AI Sentinel, AI Audit, AI Lift) send your questions and the figures needed to answer them to our two AI providers, Anthropic and OpenAI. Anthropic (Claude) writes the answers and insights for every property. OpenAI (ChatGPT) checks answers and insights as a second AI, so both may process data from your property. Neither uses your data to train its models. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. AI answers may occasionally produce errors or inaccuracies, are subject to usage limits based on your subscription tier, and should not be used as the sole basis for critical business decisions. Always verify important information independently.
From time to time, authorized Askalytics personnel may access account data (including connected Google Analytics, Search Console, or Google Ads data, AI queries, and AI responses) for the purposes of customer support, troubleshooting, security investigations, service quality assurance, and product improvement. Access is limited to authorized personnel acting within the scope of their role, conducted on a need-to-know basis, and recorded in an internal administrator audit log. You may request a record of administrator access to your account by contacting [email protected]. Full details, including how to exercise your data subject rights, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
We collect anonymized aggregate usage statistics across the platform (for example, total tokens consumed, total queries run, total credits used, and feature adoption rates) for product analytics, capacity planning, and billing reconciliation with our AI providers. These aggregate statistics do not identify individual users or expose individual customer data, and are not shared with third parties except in anonymized form.
Earlier versions of these terms described an optional, per-property Data Improvement Program. That program has not been launched: there is no opt-in control in the product, no property has been enrolled, and no processing takes place under it. If we launch it, we will update these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Agreement first, and it will stay off unless you choose to turn it on for a property.
Billing follows your chosen subscription plan. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial that starts when the first website is connected. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and monthly credit allowances reset each month and do not roll over. Pricing changes require 30 days' advance notice. Refunds are considered case-by-case. Non-payment may result in suspension. You may cancel at any time via account settings and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Askalytics owns all intellectual property rights in the platform. You retain full ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our software.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Askalytics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or claims exceeding the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Askalytics harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your access ceases and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Material modifications will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
