Everything you need to know about Askalytics. Can't find your answer? Email [email protected]
Askalytics is a multi-source AI analytics platform, built as a multi-source warehouse, not a Google-only wrapper. It connects to Google Analytics 4 (the foundation), Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity, plus HubSpot and Mailchimp in beta, with Shopify coming soon. You can ask questions about your data in plain English and get deep AI insights across 8 categories. Every answer goes through several layers of checks, most of them plain code and math: numbers are recomputed from your own data and traced back to where they came from. Ask AI answers that use a credit, and AI Insights, also get a second opinion from an AI on a different provider (our Confidence Check). All of the AI is included in your plan, so there are no AI keys or extra subscriptions to buy. It also runs AI Audit and monitors for anomalies.
Marketing teams, business owners, e-commerce managers, SEO professionals, agencies, data analysts, developers, and executives. Anyone who uses website data to make decisions. The platform adapts its communication style to your role and experience level.
No. Askalytics is designed for non-technical users. Ask questions like "What drove traffic last week?" or "Which products are selling best?" No SQL, no coding, no GA4 expertise required. When you sign up, you set your analytics experience level and the AI adjusts its language accordingly.
No. All of the AI is included in your plan price. You don't need an OpenAI or Anthropic API key, a ChatGPT or Claude subscription, or any usage billing of your own. We pay the AI providers, and your plan's credits are the only limit. Some data tools look cheaper because you pay for your own AI on top.
Connecting your first property takes a few minutes. Sign up, sign in with Google, and grant read-only access to your property. There are no credentials to copy or paste. Your dashboards populate immediately and an AI Audit begins automatically.
Yes. Every free trial account includes Bloom & Measure, a fictional online florist with 18 months of realistic Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads data. Explore every feature before connecting your own properties.
Live today: Google Analytics 4 (required), Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity (all optional), with Slack and Microsoft Teams for delivery. In beta: HubSpot and Mailchimp. Coming soon: Shopify and LinkedIn Ads. On the roadmap: Semrush and Marketo. Each property connects whichever sources it needs. Askalytics is built as a multi-source warehouse, not a Google-only wrapper.
Yes. Both Slack and Microsoft Teams are live at launch. In Slack, type /askalytics and a question in any channel. In Microsoft Teams, @mention the Askalytics bot or send it a direct message. Either way the answer comes back in-channel for the whole team. It is the full Ask AI, so you can ask during a stand-up, a planning session, or a Teams call without opening a dashboard. See Chat Integration for details.
Yes. You can add multiple properties, each with its own data connections and team access. Your Ask credits and Analysis credits are shared across all of them. Switch between properties instantly from the header.
Yes, but only daily-aggregated metrics, never your raw event-level data. When you connect a source, we sync aggregated figures (for example, sessions per channel per day, or clicks per query per day) into a private, encrypted warehouse hosted in Europe, refreshed nightly. This is a working store of the figures we need to answer your questions, not a backup or a complete copy of your Google data. We never store raw event-level records or personal identifiers. We also store your account details, AI queries and responses, and generated insights. This warehouse is what lets Askalytics answer in under a minute and give you a consistent answer whether you ask at 9am or 11am.
We sync your data every night. Google Analytics and Google Ads keep adjusting the most recent day or two, and Search Console publishes about three days behind. When an answer includes a day that is still being counted, Askalytics says so instead of treating it as final.
Ask AI answers from your own data, which we sync into a private warehouse every night, not from a model's memory. Every answer then goes through code checks, not just AI: percentages and growth rates are recomputed from the rows the AI pulled and corrected if they are off, weekday names and date ranges are checked against the calendar, and each figure is traced back to the data it came from. If a figure can't be traced, the answer is marked unverified so you know to look closer. Simple lookups, like sessions last month, skip the AI entirely and come straight from the database. Answers that use a credit, and AI Insights, get one more layer, a second AI on a different provider (the Confidence Check). We deliberately don't publish a single accuracy percentage. Checks you can see beat a number you'd have to take on faith.
Yes. Ask AI can crawl any public URL and include the page content in its analysis. This lets you cross-reference your analytics data with actual page content. For example, "Crawl our product page and tell me why the conversion rate is low."
When a question produces data that benefits from a chart, Ask AI automatically offers a visualization option. You can view bar charts, line graphs, pie charts, or area charts and export as CSV or image.
Ask AI answers questions you already have. AI Insights finds things you didn't know to look for. Think of Ask AI as "what's our bounce rate?" and AI Insights as "here's a conversion leak on your checkout page that's costing you real money every month."
The AI works from your own data, which we sync nightly, and runs real queries against it instead of guessing. Then layers of plain code check its work: math is recomputed and corrected, every specific number, page, or channel is traced back to the query that produced it (you can open it in the Advanced Breakdown), and dates and weekdays are checked against the calendar. On every AI Insight, a second AI on a different provider also reviews the reasoning. When a claim can't be tied to your data, it is marked, so you see it before you act.
It's the AI layer of our verification, and it sits on top of the code checks every insight already goes through. After Claude writes an insight, a second AI on a different provider, ChatGPT, independently reviews it against the evidence. If the checks disagree, you see the more cautious result, so uncertainty is shown, not hidden. It runs automatically on every AI Insight and Scout brief at no cost, and AI Lift plans get a second-AI review too. See how it works →
Yes. Each insight has thumbs-up and thumbs-down buttons. Over time, your team's feedback shapes a preference profile that steers future insights toward the types of analysis your business finds most actionable.
AI Sentinel watches your data every night. It compares your last full week with the week before across your connected sources and flags big changes, like a drop in traffic or ad spend going to zero, with likely causes and what to check first. You choose how sensitive it is. It runs on the Free Trial, Explore, Growth, and Scale plans. Its AI analysis runs every night, except on Explore, where it runs once a week.
AI Lift studies one page of your site, using the page itself and its analytics, and gives you a plan to improve conversions. Each plan is reviewed by a second AI on a different provider. One page costs 1 Analysis credit.
Askalytics uses Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI). Claude writes your answers and insights, and ChatGPT, from a different provider, checks the work.
No. Claude writes the answers and insights for every website, and ChatGPT, from a different provider, checks the work. The two AIs have different blind spots, so the checker can catch what the writer missed.
Yes. We use read-only access to your data (granted with Google sign-in, or a read-only service account for older properties), AES-256 encryption for stored credentials, TLS/HTTPS for all data in transit, and role-based access control. Deleting a property instantly revokes all access.
No. Both OpenAI and Anthropic process queries under enterprise API terms that explicitly prohibit using customer data for model training, and they do not retain your data to train or improve their models.
Yes. We offer a Data Processing Agreement, support data subject rights, maintain consent records per GDPR Article 7(1), and process international transfers under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Deleting a website revokes our access right away and removes its synced data from our warehouse. We then check that nothing was left behind.
Four plans (monthly USD): Scout $19 for one verified insight a week per website, emailed to you, plus the dashboards, Explore $39 for the dashboards, Ask AI, 40 Ask credits and 3 Analysis credits a month, Growth $79 for three websites, 80 Ask credits, 5 Analysis credits, a monthly AI Audit and Slack and Teams delivery, and Scale $149 for five websites, 160 Ask credits and 10 Analysis credits. Every plan includes the Confidence Check and one AI Insight a week for every website. See full pricing →
Ask credits pay for Ask AI: every question uses 1 Ask credit, however hard it is, and some simple lookups are free. Analysis credits pay for deeper work: an on-demand AI Insight, an AI Lift page analysis, or running an AI Audit again. Your weekly AI Insight, AI Sentinel, and the Confidence Check are included and use no credits. Credits are shared across all your websites, reset every month, and don't roll over.
Scout is our $19 plan for people who want one clear answer a week without having to log in. Each week it emails you one checked AI Insight for your website, and your dashboards are included. It doesn't include Ask AI, and you can move up to a bigger plan any time.
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, and it needs no card. Paid plans bill on the day you subscribe, and you can cancel any time. If the trial lapses without subscribing, your account goes dormant: your dashboards, past AI history, and nightly data sync stay, and new AI generation pauses until you pick a plan. You can also explore the Bloom & Measure demo property before connecting your own data.
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Email [email protected] and we will move you to the new plan without a second charge. Your data, insights, and settings stay as they are.
Yes. Invite team members via email with specific roles: Owner (full control), Administrator (settings + AI), Analyst (data + AI, no settings), or Viewer (dashboards and the free quick lookups in Ask AI; no credits, no settings).
