Always-On

Problems found before you look for them.

AI Sentinel scans your data every night across traffic, conversions, revenue, search, and advertising. When something moves, it explains what changed, why it likely happened, and what to do next. It costs nothing in credits.

What It Does

It Watches

Every Night, Automatically

A nightly scan watches your connected sources for meaningful changes in traffic, conversions, revenue, search, or ad spend. Included on Explore and above, at no cost to your credits. The AI analysis runs every night on Growth and Scale, and once a week on Explore.

It Explains

Not Just an Alert

Deep AI analysis of what changed, why it likely happened, and what to do next, with every percent change recomputed in plain code before it reaches you. Findings are ranked by how much they actually matter, so a quiet Tuesday on a small site does not arrive as an emergency.

How It Works

Nightly scan runs

Every night, automatically. No buttons, no configuration, no schedules to set.

Detectors compare periods

Deterministic detectors check current metrics against the previous period across GA4, Search Console, and Google Ads.

A finding is raised

A meaningful change raises a finding right away, with a badge in the sidebar and a Slack message if connected.

The AI explains it

AI Sentinel rates severity, identifies likely causes, and recommends actions, ranked by how much each one matters to a site your size.

What It Detects

Traffic Spikes or Drops

Sudden changes in session volume, user counts, or geographic patterns.

Conversion Rate Shifts

Unusual movement in goals, purchase rates, or funnel progression.

Revenue Anomalies

Changes in total revenue, average order value, or transaction volume.

Engagement Changes

Shifts in bounce rate, session duration, or device-specific behavior.

Search Visibility

Ranking drops, CTR shifts, or impression volume anomalies from GSC.

Advertising Efficiency

CPC spikes, CTR drops, budget pacing issues, or tracking gaps.

Built for Every Property

Configurable sensitivity

Each property has its own anomaly threshold (default 30%). Lower it for properties where small changes matter, raise it for naturally volatile traffic.

AI Sentinel costs no credits

The nightly scan and the AI analysis that follows it both run at no cost to your credits, on Explore and above. On Explore, the AI analysis runs once a week. Your credits are for the questions you choose to ask, not for the monitoring that runs on its own.

Real anomalies, not AI guesses

Flags are computed by deterministic detectors against your data. The AI explains what changed. It can't invent a spike that isn't there. Sentinel alerts are checked by code, not by a second AI. A full AI Insight on the same data is verified by a second AI on a different provider. See the Confidence Check · the detectors behind it

AI Sentinel FAQ

When Does AI Sentinel Run?

AI Sentinel's scan runs automatically every night. Its AI analysis runs every night on Growth and Scale, and early each Monday (UK time) on Explore. There are no buttons to press, no schedules to set, and no configuration. The scan compares your current metrics against the previous period across GA4, Search Console, and Google Ads, and alerts you on the next nightly scan when a catastrophic drop appears.

What Does AI Sentinel Actually Send Me?

A ranked list of what changed, each with the numbers behind it, a likely cause, and a recommended action. Findings are ranked by how much they matter to a site your size, so a small site having a quiet Tuesday is not treated as an emergency. Each percent change is recomputed in plain code before it reaches you, and it arrives in the app, by email, and in Slack or Microsoft Teams if you have connected them.

Does AI Sentinel Use My Credits?

No. Both the nightly scan and the AI analysis that follows it are included at no cost in credits on Explore and above. Scout does not include AI Sentinel.

Can I change how sensitive it is?

Yes. Each property has its own anomaly threshold, set to 30% by default. Lower it for properties where small changes matter. Raise it for traffic that is naturally volatile.

How do I know the alerts are real and not AI guesses?

Flags are computed by deterministic detectors that run real checks against your data. The AI only explains what changed. Sentinel alerts are checked by code, not by a second AI. A full AI Insight on the same data is verified by a second AI on a different provider through our Confidence Check.

Which sources does it monitor?

It scans the Google sources you have connected: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Google Ads. It watches traffic, conversions, revenue, engagement, search visibility, and advertising efficiency.

Your Data Is Being Watched. Automatically.

AI Sentinel scans every night on Explore and above. Its AI analysis explains what it finds, nightly on Growth and Scale and weekly on Explore. No setup required.
